About Me
With a plan to become a full-time Web Designer during my time at DeVry University, I entered the industry as a technical support representative for a well-regarded hosting provider. During my four years in that role, I learned a great deal about web server management, including skills that would help me troubleshoot CMS issues as a Web Designer myself in the future. After moving to the Web Design Agency portion of that same hosting company, I began proving customer-facing support to their WordPress, HTML and OpenCart 1.5x customers and realized that WordPress Support is ultimately where my strength lies. This experience was gained through direct involvement with tasks such as website redesigns, content updates, managing eCommerce integration and troubleshooting technical issues.

Graphic and Website Design
Over 20 years of personal experience working with Photoshop and 14 years of working with it professionally.
Experience with Dreamweaver and other Creative Cloud software. Also familiar with Adobe competitor “Affinity’s” Photoshop and Illustrator counterparts.

Fourteen years in a professional call center environment providing high quality support.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by end of contact. Alternatively, following up where necessary to make sure the customer is satisfied.
Content Management System
Strong command of WordPress, OpenCart and Joomla.
Quick at learning CMS, desktop or mobile applications and processes.
PHP Troubleshooting and version management as it relates to plugin compatibility.
HTML & CSS
While not used as much in the wake of CMS applications, I am proficient in HTML and CSS, including mobile-responsive code.
cPanel / Web Servers
Experience with cPanel, WHM, File Manager and server configuration tools through both cPanel and WHM.
