Over 20 years of personal experience working with Photoshop and 16 years of working with it professionally.
Experience with Dreamweaver and other Creative Cloud software. Also familiar with Adobe competitor “Affinity’s” Photoshop and Illustrator counterparts.
Customer Service
Fourteen years in a professional call center environment providing high quality support.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by end of contact. Alternatively, following up where necessary to make sure the customer is satisfied.
Content Management System
Familiarity with WordPress, OpenCart, Joomla.
Generally quick at learning a new CMS or applications in general that I may not be familiar with.
HTML & CSS
While not used as much in the wake of CMS applications, I am proficient in HTML and CSS, including mobile-responsive code.

Some experience with cPanel, WHM, File Manager and server configuration tools through both cPanel and WHM.
